To collect urine from children (infants):

• Use the appropriate adhesive sterile plastic bags.
• Clean genitals and surrounding skin thoroughly with soapy solution, rinse and dry well with clean cloth.
• Apply the adhesive pouch by adhering it perfectly to the skin.
• Do not leave the bag for more than 45 minutes; if necessary, replace it after cleansing.

As soon as urination has taken place, remove the bag, closing it carefully and place it in a sterile container.
