To collect the seminal fluid for a microbiological examination:

• Abstain from sexual intercourse in the 72 hours prior the collection.
• Urinating (first urination of the morning).
• Wash external genitals thoroughly, wash hands.
• Collect semen by masturbation in a sterile container, taking care not to touch the genitals, edges or inside of the container with your hands.
• Send it to the Laboratory as soon as possible.
